Analyse your thoughts:
1. What do you love to do most and what would you like to do if you coul?
2. What do you avoid to do because of..?
2. Visualise your future, use the timeframe you prefer or 3-5 years time. If you were energetic, self-motivated, fit and healthy how will that change your life? What will you be doing? What will you say to yourself? What will others say to you? How will you look? Are you involved in new and exciting sports? What else could you be doing…?
3. Now Visualise your future, in 3-5 years time if you do no sport, no exercise, do not eat healthy, if you do not get your mindset right. Use it or loose it! What will you all loose in fitness, mobility, freedom of movement?,… What will you think and feel, what will others say about you, how will you look?
Compare these 2 lists. Today is the first day of you NEW life, decide today where you want to be in 3 to 5 years time.
1. What do you think about yourself? Learn to influence your subconscious mind, to become a strong, healthy, fit and a charismatic personality.
2. What is your life purpose? You will map out your life and plan you life. What are the skills you would like to have? After completing these modules you will possess new skills and strength you’ve always wanted to have.
3. What are your goals? You will set challenging goals and you will be surprised what you are able to reach.
4. Are you fit and healthy? You will perform a specific exercise program and increase steadily in endurance, strength and flexibility. No mother how fit or unfit you are.
5. What is the nutritional value of the food you are eating?? Some fundamental changes in nutrition will increase your energy level, health and vitality dramatically.
6. What personality type are you? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Where are you hindering your own development? How do you sabotage yourself? Where is your inner strength that you could use more efficiently?
7. Do you communicate what you really want to say? Do people get your message? Can you communicate with people specificlly? Learn to communicate on the same frequency with your client, friend and partner.
